The card features Wilson in the No. 02 McDonald’s-sponsored car during the 2008 season, the first year following the unification of Champ Car and the Indy Racing League.
Wilson secured victory at Detroit during the season, which was his first IndyCar win and also the final victory for Newman/Haas/Lanigan Racing.
Justin Wilson competed in Formula One in 2003 before establishing himself as a front-running driver in Champ Car and IndyCar. He was widely respected for his ability, consistency, and professionalism throughout his career.
Wilson tragically lost his life in 2015 following an accident at Pocono Raceway and is remembered as one of the most respected drivers of his generation.
