An exceptional original 1967 Grand Prix d’Albi programme, personally signed by four of the defining drivers of the era: Jim Clark, Jochen Rindt, Graham Hill and Jack Brabham.
All four competed at Albi that weekend and each would become a Formula One World Champion. Between them they secured an extraordinary eight World Drivers’ Championships: Clark in 1963 and 1965, Hill in 1962 and 1968, Brabham in 1959, 1960 and 1966, and Rindt posthumously in 1970. Collectively, they represent an extraordinary concentration of talent from one of Formula One’s most celebrated periods.
Held at Circuit du Séquestre on 24 September 1967, the Grand Prix d’Albi was a Formula 2 round of the Trophées de France. Jackie Stewart won the 75-lap race in his Matra-Cosworth, with Jochen Rindt finishing second and Jim Clark third. Graham Hill and Jack Brabham were also among the starters, both retiring during the race.
With four important period signatures contained within the same original race programme, this is a particularly evocative piece of 1960s Grand Prix history and an outstanding collector’s item.
