From signed photographs to full-size helmets and Formula One components, every order needs a delivery service suited to the item and destination.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery address, package weight and size. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimate or specialist arrangement.

Destination-country duties and taxes are not included in the checkout shipping charge and are the buyer’s responsibility.
If charges are refused, the parcel may be returned at the buyer’s expense. We will refund the goods after return, less the return cost; original shipping is not refundable.

Prices shown include UK VAT where it applies, and we add no surcharge for paying by card. Delivery is added at checkout before you pay, so the total you see is the total you pay. Orders travelling outside the UK may attract duties and taxes in the destination country, which are not included. See customs and duties below.
Yes, and we would rather you did. Contact us with the item and we will answer questions on provenance, condition or the evidence behind it, arrange a delivery estimate, or help with a specialist arrangement.
If something is wrong, contact us promptly with your order details and a clear description of the issue.
An item dedicated by a driver to a specific customer cannot be returned. If there is a problem, we will work towards a repair, replacement or another suitable solution.
Yes. Tell us within 14 days of your order arriving, and send the piece back within 14 days of telling us.
Email us first with your order details. We will confirm where to send it and how it should travel.
Return postage is at your cost. We strongly recommend a tracked and insured service, because these pieces are not replaceable.
Return it in the condition it reached you, with the original packaging where possible. We refund the price and the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of the piece arriving with us. Where an item has been handled more than was needed to examine it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Contact us promptly and keep the item and packaging. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send photographs of the item and its packaging so we can open a claim with the carrier. Where an item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will agree a repair, a replacement or a full refund with you, and you will not pay return postage.
Every item is examined before sale and supplied with AB Memorabilia documentation, and carries a lifetime authenticity guarantee to the original purchaser. If you ever have a question about a piece you bought from us, contact us with the certificate number and we will look at it again. Full detail is on how we authenticate.
Every piece we sell is authentic, examined before sale, and as described on its listing. We pack each one for the journey it has to make and ship it tracked and insured, whether it is going to Surrey or to California.
